Korean Short Rib

Korean short ribs are characterized by being cut thin, lengthwise across the rib bones, resulting in a thin strip of meat with small rib bones attached. This is often referred to as "LA-style".  The ribs are typically marinated in a sauce that is a blend of sweet and savory ingredients.
