A "chuck tender filet" refers to a cut of beef from the chuck area of the cow, specifically a lean, long, narrow muscle that resembles the shape of a tenderloin, often called "mock tender" or "chuck tender," which while similar in appearance to a filet mignon.  Although, it's a less tender cut with a similar shape to a filet mignon, it is best cooked with methods like braising or slow roasting to achieve delicious tenderness.  These are great with a marinade and grilled.
